SILENT AUCTION
In an effort to reduce person-to-person contact, we will be doing a silent auction instead of a raffle this year. This will work just the same as our Gala silent auction system. We will send a out a link and from that link you will be able to bid on items from your phone or computer. Of course this wouldn't be possible without items to auction off! Your generous donations make this event possible and we appreciate them so much. If you are able to donate please let us know. Items don't necessarily have to be branded, however please do include your business card and contact info with your donated item! Items will be listed online with photos of the item and your company logo listed as the donor. Another great opportunity to promote your business. I will donate to the silent auction! >
GOLF CART DIVIDERS
We want to give a huge thank you to THINK BANK for paying $2,000 (of the $3,000 needed) to have clear dividers put into 72 Valleywood golf carts. The State Health Commissioner has reiterated that golf carts must have dividers for two people to be in one cart (unless they are family members). VALLEYWOOD GOLF COURSE is paying the remaining $1,000 in order to make this $3,000 cart divider possible. It will also benefit all other tournaments and save golfers and leagues money from having to secure single carts. Arrangements for the dividers is generously being procured at cost by SPEEDPRO IMAGING. Keith Boisner, owner of SpeedPro is taking care of shipping, taxes and installation arrangements. With our 2020 Home & Garden Expo being cancelled twice due to COVID, our only event year-to-date to keep our Chamber operating is this golf tournament. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ALL THERE!
CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY
The last day to cancel player registration and receive a refund is Friday August 28th. Should the COVID-19 situation get worse and we need to cancel the tournament entirely, everyone will receive a full refund. Should weather not cooperate and we have to reschedule, our alternate tournament dates are September 15th and 17th.
